Before you order
Good questions. Clear answers.
The details that make shopping straightforward.
Ask the IRO team →Which items require a referee qualification?
Items marked Qualified referees only are reserved for referees who have completed the IRO referee course. IRO checks eligibility against its qualified referee database. Passing the rules exam alone does not meet this requirement.
How long will my referee apparel take?
Official jerseys and jackets normally take 4–6 weeks. Please allow for this when planning for an event and contact IRO before ordering if you have a particular date in mind.
Where do you deliver?
IRO currently ships within the UK. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
How does Build your bundle work?
Mix and match from the available IRO clothing, accessories and equipment. Choose the size or option for each item and review your bundle subtotal. Your selection is added to your bag as individual products. Any applicable discount is shown at checkout.
